Public Transportation


The East West link is Interstate 80 for locations to the east such as Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago and Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco to the west.

The North South Link is US Highway 395 for locations to the north such as Portland, Seattle and Los Angeles, San Diego to the south.

Public Transit


RTC RIDE is the fixed-route, regional public transportation system; RTC ACCESS, the regional paratransit service; and RTC INTERCITY is the express weekday commuter bus service to Carson City and North Douglas County. All public transit service is provided by the Regional Transportation Commission.
