Arts and Culture Advisory Committee

The objective of the Sparks Arts and Culture Commission is to provide a plan and guidance for all arts and cultural related activities on public property or projects utilizing city resources.
An important element of the arts program is to differentiate the City of Sparks from other cities and their arts programs. This program should identify and celebrate the uniqueness of Sparks –Blending our historical and industrial sides with our love of family and events.
This new committee is new and developing a plan for the city. In this phase, their initial task is to develop a team of arts experts and citizens to create a five year plan.
