MINDFUL MEDITATION begins

Learn to be more present in life and accept moment by moment whatever may arise through this meditation course with a focus on breath. Instructor Dar Shawver, Certified Meditation Instructor and owner of Inhale/Exhale, will explore the key elements of correct posture to ensure a strong, stable, comfortable foundation for practice. Students will develop the skills needed to maintain a successful and rewarding home practice during this eight-week course.

WHO: Adults, 18 yrs. & Older

WHEN: Wednesdays

TIME: 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

WHERE: Larry D. Johnson Community Center

COST: $96 / $80 Resident Discount

NOTE: Loose fitting clothing, meditation cushion or several towels to be stacked and used as a cushion required.
