The City of Sparks is teaming up with the Sparks Museum and Cultural Center to bring you “Last Friday on Victorian Square,” the last Friday of the month from May to September (5/25, 6/29, 7/27, 8/24-4th Friday and 9/28).

Participants can visit downtown Victorian Square and experience the amenities like the Sparks Heritage Museum and gallery, train display and Glendale Schoolhouse for free with docents available for tours. Local and regional art will be on display in the in the Cultural Center and outside on the sidewalks. Also included are art booths, entertainment in the Amphitheatre and Great Basin Stage. The evening is capped with a free movie.

Friday, May 25, 2018 Part of the Nugget’s Food and Craft Festival
4-7:00 p.m.                Museum, Train and School open for free tours
4-7:00 p.m.                Art Booths featuring local artists: painters Dale Slingland and Conor Foster, Hug High School AP Art Class, and jewelry designer Julie Faulkner
6-7:00 p.m.                Note-Ables in the Victorian Sq. Amphitheatre
7:30-10:00 p.m.         Local bands at the Great Basin Stage
8:00/Dusk                  Free Showing of “Julie and Julia”
