Customer Service

Our offices are currently closed to the public.  Sewer bill payments and business license transactions can be processed online or by mail.  All Passport services have been suspended at this time.  Please contact our office if you have questions or need additional assistance.

Please be advised that mailed in payments are taking longer than normal to process.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your mailed in payment to post to your account.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your patience and understanding.  Payments made online are automatically posted within 1 business day.

You can get your Passports at the City of Sparks. Here is a link to all you need to know to get a new passport or renew your Passport. (PASSPORT SERVICES CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)


***Effective July 1, 2021 the new quarterly rate on ALL residential sewer accounts will be $120.71 per unit. Please contact customerservice@cityofsparks.us with any questions regarding this change.***

  • Pay your sewer service online
    • Make a one time payment or enroll in automatic payments on the sewer due date.
  • Send mailing address change requests to addresschange@cityofsparks.us
    • Only the owner of the property may request mailing address changes.
    • Since the owner is legally responsible for the sewer billings, they must authorize mailing address changes.
