Tennis Instructors

Evan Brown, a U.S. Professional Tennis Association certified coach with All Seasons Racquet Sports, has been teaching tennis for more than ten years.  He is a former CUNYAC tennis player for Baruch College in New York.  After relocating to Sparks in 2010, he taught tennis in Reno for six years.  In 2016, he founded All Season Racquet Sports (ASRS) with the goal of offering tennis programming to individuals of all ages and experience levels in the greater Sparks/Reno area.  He seeks to make available a wide variety of lessons, clinics, youth camps, and leagues.  Known for his seriousness of purpose and commitment to help his students reach their potential, Evan has been commended by his students for his high level of enthusiasm, dedication, and personalization of approach.  His students comment on his attention to their unique needs.

 

 

 

Mark Humes is also a U.S. Professional Tennis Association certified coach. A native  to the Reno area, Mark graduated from Reno High School and the University of Nevada. He has 18 years of experience teaching physical education to elementary and secondary level students. In addition to offering tennis instruction through the City of Sparks, he is also a tennis instructor at Lakeridge Tennis Club.
