For “Charter” customers that have “Extended Basic Cable”, but don’t have or want the added expense of a cable box; Sparks Centennial TV 191 is available on any TV or DVR that is Digital (DTV) ready.  You must have Charter’s “Extended Basic Cable” service and perform a channel scan to include all Analog and Digital channels before you can access programming.
